Manhattan Apartment Rentals

Most of our apartments have been fully renovated; This means a remodeled kitchen, bath, refinished hardwood floors, new windows and freshly painted. The buildings are pre-war or art deco structures, about 6 to 9 stories in height with elevator, laundry facility and live in supers. All buildings are highly secured, some with security cameras, and all have washer/dryer facilities. Small pets are allowed and a minimum one-year lease is required with all of our apartments.
The majority of Manhattan apartments we rent are west of Broadway, north of new York Presbyterian medical center (W. 165th St) to Columbia Bakersfield (W.218th St) the northern most tip of Manhattan. However, we have units available in midtown Manhattan and in the Bronx & Riverdale as well. As our Manhattan apartment listings are very extensive and constantly changing every week.
